A company is looking for a Capacity Development Specialist (Coach).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of UNOPS staff and partners
- Facilitate workshops and evaluate their impact on participant performance
- Provide coaching sessions and support for continuous professional development
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resource management and talent development
- Proven experience in managing training activities and logistics
- Coaching certification from an accredited institution, such as the International Coach Federation (ICF)
- Fluency in Spanish; intermediate knowledge of English is desirable
