Capacity Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Development Specialist (Coach).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of UNOPS staff and partners
• Facilitate workshops and evaluate their impact on participant performance
• Provide coaching sessions and support for continuous professional development

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resource management and talent development
• Proven experience in managing training activities and logistics
• Coaching certification from an accredited institution, such as the International Coach Federation (ICF)
• Fluency in Spanish; intermediate knowledge of English is desirable
