A company is looking for a Head of People Ops and Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits teams, and build additional teams within People Ops
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create scalable systems and processes for people growth
- Enhance reporting and visibility for People Team functions and drive long-term improvements in systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, particularly at scale (1,000-5,000+ headcount)
- Deep expertise in People Ops and Total Rewards, including compliance, policies, compensation, and benefits
- Strong people management skills with a respectful leadership style
- Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving
- High resilience and ability to deliver outcomes quickly
