Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, from entry-level to executive
- Prepare and deliver monthly recruitment reports tracking key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of federal hiring regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP compliance
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
