Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly recruitment reports tracking key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting within a government contracting environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal hiring regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP compliance
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
