Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for the administration of benefits, wellbeing, and retirement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor benefits inbox and assist associates with benefits-related inquiries and issues
- Administer employer benefit portals and process urgent enrollments and life events
- Support open enrollment processes and manage associate communication campaigns for wellbeing programs
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of job experience in employee benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws such as ERISA, FMLA, and PPACA
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
- Strong HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
