A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior HRBP and HR Operations to support corporate teams across the employee lifecycle
- Assist in coordinating and executing key HR programs such as performance check-ins, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR data to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a scaling organization, ideally in a generalist or HRBP capacity
- Proficient in ADP, HRIS systems, Lattice, MS Office, and Google suites
- Experience working closely with teams in a remote setting; healthcare/telehealth experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels
