A company is looking for a Manager, People Insights & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year integrated People Analytics roadmap in partnership with senior leaders
- Design and execute employee listening programs and action planning strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR reporting and analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; MBA/MA/MS preferred
- 5+ years of experience in People/Talent data and analytics within Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience in designing and managing employee listening programs
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms and tools such as Looker or Qualtrics
- Experience in managing small teams and developing junior-level staff
