Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Administrator to support the operations and maintenance of the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules and releases
- Manage Workday ServiceNow tickets and provide support to HR and Finance teams through auditing and reporting
- Create and maintain documentation, custom reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity across Workday
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a Workday administration role
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow
- Experience with Microsoft O365, including SharePoint and Power Automate
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
