Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager and Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight of programs and services in Work and Family Life Programs and Emergency Case Management Support
- Develop and maintain workforce schedules and coverage plans to align staffing resources with service demand
- Track key performance indicators and compile metrics for reporting to program leadership and contracting authorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience managing or supervising non-clinical educational social services programs
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Experience in coordinating emergency preparedness and response tasks
- Familiarity with staffing management and quality assurance processes
