Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent (HR) Business Partner (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Lead performance management processes and support talent development initiatives
• Monitor workforce metrics and utilize data-driven insights to inform talent strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
• Proven track record of partnering with corporate leaders to drive talent strategies
• Strong consultative and coaching skills with the ability to influence leaders
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
