Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles across multiple contracts and regions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and time-sensitive requisitions
- Collaborate with credentialing and HR teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in high-volume or VMS environments
- Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote setting
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR and credentialing teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems
