Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles across multiple contracts and regions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and time-sensitive requisitions
• Collaborate with credentialing and HR teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in high-volume or VMS environments
• Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote setting
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR and credentialing teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems
