Occupational Health & Safety Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SHE Capabilities Manager - Occupational Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor users globally, ensuring effective implementation of SHE standards, systems, and programs
• Develop and deliver SHE training programs, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote SHE initiatives and enhance a culture of Zero Harm

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a multinational setting
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in SHE management systems and tools
• Certification in safety training (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus
