Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of recruitment experience or 8+ years of recruitment experience without a degree
- Advanced experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday
- Proven experience in candidate evaluation and assessment across various domains
- Advanced knowledge of modern recruitment practices and technology
- Expert stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to influence decision-making
