A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage the offer/acceptance process effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School education or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting high volume call center/customer service roles
- Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS/HR systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
