Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage the offer/acceptance process effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School education or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting high volume call center/customer service roles
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS/HR systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
