A company is looking for a Manager of Compensation to design and manage compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs
- Conduct market analysis and participate in the annual compensation review process
- Evaluate positions using job evaluation methodologies and ensure compliance with compensation laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in management, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in management
- Solid understanding of compensation strategies, including sales and hourly compensation structures
- Experience with job evaluation, market data, and project-based work
- Prior experience with global or retail compensation structures is a plus
- Knowledge of total reward/recognition compensation incentives is beneficial
