Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of ERGs to align with business outcomes and develop a clear ROI
- Establish ERGs as a strategic advisory group for leadership and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and manage a suite of key performance indicators and oversee ERG optimization activities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ERG strategy, HR, or Talent roles with global program leadership
- Proven track record of aligning ERGs with business outcomes and managing global initiatives
- Experience in policy development and governance on a global scale
- Ability to develop programs that enhance the professional and personal growth of ERG members
- Experience in monitoring and measuring program effectiveness and employee satisfaction
