Job Summary
A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the SAIL case management team and ensures high-quality service delivery
- Monitors and manages caseloads, providing feedback and performance evaluations to SAIL case managers
- Conducts audits and case reviews to ensure compliance with NFFSP protocols and implements quality assurance measures
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
- Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields
- Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification
- At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
