Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Specialist, Integrated Absence & STD.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers' regulatory obligations under the ADA and PWFA, collaborating with HR and management teams
- Facilitate the interactive process for workplace accommodations, including evaluation and documentation of requests
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws, providing education to employers and employees on ADA compliance
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Resources, Counseling, or equivalent experience
- Experience in RTW Services, Labor Relations, Absence Management, or Disability Claim Management
- Familiarity with ADA and FMLA regulations
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
