Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least two years in full-cycle searches
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders
- Passion for recruiting and building effective teams
