Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner role
- Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools
