A company is looking for a Staff (People) Manager to join their consulting delivery organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR management support for a team of up to 30 direct reports, including career planning and team collaboration
- Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and develop training plans to promote professional development and team engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people manager role, managing teams of 20+ in a technology services environment
- Strong knowledge of people leadership principles, policies, and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and develop productive team relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
