Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff (People) Manager to join their consulting delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR management support for a team of up to 30 direct reports, including career planning and team collaboration
  • Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and develop training plans to promote professional development and team engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a people manager role, managing teams of 20+ in a technology services environment
  • Strong knowledge of people leadership principles, policies, and best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and develop productive team relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
