Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee relations and HR administrative functions, including performance improvement plans and conflict resolution
  • Support execution of talent strategy and management initiatives, including performance evaluations and onboarding activities
  • Execute compensation programs, including cyclical compensation reviews and support for individual compensation decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws, compensation frameworks, and employee relations best practices
  • Experience in educational or mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS and survey/communication platforms preferred
