A company is looking for a People Operations & HRIS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Dayforce across multiple entities
- Lead operational processes for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and manage sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in People Operations and/or HRIS administration in a global environment
- Hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce, preferably with multi-country configuration
- Experience handling core People Ops functions across the entire employee lifecycle
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Experience with additional People Tech Stack tools is a plus
