Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
- Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary/project and direct-hire opportunities
- Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to the scalability of the Recruiting and Staffing Platform
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a mix of staffing agency and corporate exposure
- Experience placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Ability to manage 7-10 active searches simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
