Key Responsibilities
- Administer US benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with benefit regulations
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and assist with the implementation of benefit plans and programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of US benefits experience; international benefits experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for US and global benefits programs
- Experience with Workday HRIS system preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
