Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sys Supervisor HR Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of HR PR Support Center Representatives to enhance customer experience and service quality
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure adherence to operational SLAs and KPIs
  • Manage escalated customer calls and proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 1 year experience in the discipline OR 3 years' experience in the discipline OR Master's Degree and no experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a centralized and multi-state HR and payroll environment
  • Experience with disability/leave of absence claims preferred
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information and knowledge of HIPAA standards
  • Comfortable in a high-energy, quickly changing environment
