Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the strategy, administration, and optimization of HR technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HRIS function and ensure alignment of HR systems with business needs
- Provide oversight of PeopleSoft HCM and other HR tools, focusing on data governance and compliance
- Develop reporting to provide insights on workforce metrics and monitor data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems administration with increasing responsibility
- Experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably PeopleSoft HCM
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
