Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and negotiate offer packages
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
- High volume recruiting experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain
- Strong experience in customer and candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
