A company is looking for a Recruiting professional for a remote job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and negotiate offer packages
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
• 1-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
• High volume recruiting experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain
• Strong experience in customer and candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
