Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Seasonal Exchange Programs, Host Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to clients and manage inquiries related to hiring events and participant incidents
- Track and maintain host employer data using a customer relationship management system
- Recruit and interview participants on behalf of employers and support host employers with participant issues
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required
- Customer service experience preferred
- International study or work experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Energetic and team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
