A company is looking for a Workforce Architecture Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for workforce architecture initiatives
- Coordinate efforts across job architecture, career pathing, and skills mapping workstreams
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Technology teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, talent, talent operations, or organizational design
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with job architecture principles and workforce planning
- Experience with Workday or similar HCM systems
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study (preferred)
