Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or related fields, with 3+ years in a management role
- Proven experience in leading coordination processes and enhancing candidate experience
- Experience in facilitating interviewer training programs, preferably with technical hiring teams
- Expertise in ATS platforms and automation tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
