Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
- Proven experience partnering with Sales & Marketing leaders in healthcare technology
- Strategic thinker with strong consultative and coaching skills
- Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
