Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that enhance organizational performance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Operating Committee on complex people and talent issues
• Lead organizational design initiatives and facilitate the deployment of enterprise HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience; HR and/or Change Management Certification preferred
• Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to inspire across all organizational levels
• Strong business and HR acumen with a proven ability to drive results
• Thorough understanding of human resources management principles
