A company is looking for a Senior Director - Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that enhance organizational performance
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Operating Committee on complex people and talent issues
- Lead organizational design initiatives and facilitate the deployment of enterprise HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience; HR and/or Change Management Certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to inspire across all organizational levels
- Strong business and HR acumen with a proven ability to drive results
- Thorough understanding of human resources management principles
