Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Specialist, HR M&A Due Diligence (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR due diligence workstreams in M&A transactions, including analysis of labor costs and workforce liabilities
- Model financial impacts of integration plans and provide HR finance input for integration plans and readiness
- Prepare executive-level reports and contribute to the development of due diligence playbooks and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of total work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in HR Controlling/Finance, M&A HR due diligence, or corporate financial transactional services
- Preferred experience in the life sciences or medtech industry
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with HRIS and reporting tools
- Fluency in English and ability to work in another language is preferred
