Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and execution of benefits programs globally
- Manage and develop a global team to ensure consistent, high-quality program support
- Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, including 5+ years in global benefits management
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing international teams or regional benefits leads
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance and familiarity with benefit requirements across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada
- Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and RFP processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits or a comparable HRIS
