Key Responsibilities
  • Run full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborate with recruitment teams
  • Sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Onboard new employees and contribute to internal initiatives and marketing meetings
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in IT recruitment
  • Ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Knowledge of diverse recruitment interview techniques
  • Experience working closely with development teams and Hiring Managers
  • Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
