- Run full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborate with recruitment teams
- Sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Onboard new employees and contribute to internal initiatives and marketing meetings
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in IT recruitment
- Ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Knowledge of diverse recruitment interview techniques
- Experience working closely with development teams and Hiring Managers
- Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
