A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Recruiter to support its Proposal & Business Development team by recruiting key personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine position qualifications in collaboration with leadership and proposal teams
- Source and engage technical candidates using advanced recruiting techniques and platforms
- Conduct candidate screenings and maintain reports on recruitment metrics and pipelines
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical recruitment experience in relevant fields
- Experience recruiting cleared professionals (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Poly)
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in salary discussions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
