A company is looking for a Therapist Sales Associate - Non-clinical PT or PTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diverse approaches to achieve sourcing objectives, including social media and cold calls
• Establish and maintain authentic connections with candidates
• Sign physical therapists to join the platform in accordance with quarterly goals

Required Qualifications and Education

• Background as a PTA or Physical Therapist required
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or related experience required
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting related to recruiting or sales development required
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding deadlines according to business needs
• Experience with an ATS or CRM system preferred
