A company is looking for a Specialty Scope Coordinator to recruit and onboard specialty independent contractors for property preservation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify independent contractor leads for specialty services
- Onboard independent contractors into the vendor network, managing the process from inquiry to active status
- Assign orders to contractors and manage the team queue for timely order completion
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in contractor/vendor recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or property preservation
- Experience in sourcing and building relationships with specialty contractors
- High School diploma or GED required; some relevant college preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and adaptability to multiple software applications
- Basic understanding of construction estimating is a plus
