Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Regional Recruitment Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver a Recruitment Marketing Strategy for their datacenter, engineering, and sales teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver enablement resources and provide strategic counsel to Talent Acquisition and business leaders
- Lead the development of regional organic social media strategies and execute research-informed campaigns to attract candidates
- Translate campaign data into compelling narratives and build relationships with talent communities to convert interest into active applicants
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience leading talent acquisition marketing initiatives within a major technology organization
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related area
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company
