Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to support its Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop search strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates and achieve recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse
- Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan for sales and GTM roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment KPIs in a remote work setup
