Job Summary
A company is looking for a FLEX Leave and Accommodation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve leave requests under FMLA, ADA, and Personal Medical categories
- Lead the ADA interactive process and provide guidance throughout the leave lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associates navigating leave and accommodation processes
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Human Resources management or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in benefits and absence administration
- Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems
- Experience with case management and associate relations is preferred
