Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to people managers on team development and performance management
- Conduct stay and exit interviews to gather insights and identify trends for improvement
- Facilitate performance management processes and manage employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an HRBP, People Partner, or People Operations Manager role
- Excellent coaching skills across all levels
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive employee matters
- Deep knowledge of performance management and employment law
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools
