Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and document issues accurately
  • Advise managers on performance management and collaborate with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
  • 4+ years of employee relations or HR generalist experience, focusing on conflict resolution and investigations
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with Workday and Google Suite highly preferred
