Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and document issues accurately
- Advise managers on performance management and collaborate with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
- 4+ years of employee relations or HR generalist experience, focusing on conflict resolution and investigations
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with Workday and Google Suite highly preferred
