Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Benefits Technology Platform Relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage platform team inbox and calendar for timely internal responses and meeting coordination
- Perform regular audits of partnership invoices and document contract deliverables
- Create and deliver training materials to business partners and maintain team SharePoint content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in group insurance, employee benefits technology, or a related field
- Good understanding of data exchange protocols, including API, SSO, and EDI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Technical degrees are strongly preferred; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with Distribution, Product, Operations, and IT teams
