A company is looking for an HR Administrator to maintain associate records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for HR administration and assist with HR processes
- Manage HR records, respond to unemployment claims, and coordinate onboarding and off-boarding tasks
- Assist with HRIS reporting, maintain associate files, and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Prior Human Resources experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus
- Able to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively
