Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding experiences and provide HR support to employees and managers

- Own and deliver cross-functional projects and contribute to People programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people partner roles
- Hands-on, responsive, and empathetic approach to HR support
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and time zones
- Strong judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and focused on continuous improvement
