Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (Hybrid & Remote Options Available).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR partnership for assigned client groups, supporting various employee needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on onboarding, engagement, performance, and employee development
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to execute compensation planning, recruiting, and talent programs
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or People Partner)
  • Comfort and confidence in working with employees and managers at all organizational levels
  • Strong judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple clients and projects
