Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR partnership for assigned client groups, supporting various employee needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on onboarding, engagement, performance, and employee development
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to execute compensation planning, recruiting, and talent programs
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or People Partner)
- Comfort and confidence in working with employees and managers at all organizational levels
- Strong judgment and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple clients and projects
