A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant to support end-to-end HR operations with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source qualified candidates and coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage scheduling for interviews across global time zones
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and assist with onboarding paperwork and employee record management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven experience with volume hiring or recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
- Must be available to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
