A company is looking for a Director, Leader of Talent Systems (Contract, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the system lead for Oracle Fusion HCM across various modules
- Design and maintain governance over configurations, permissions, and workflows
- Identify system and process improvements to maximize business efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent
- Expertise in HCM reporting, system configuration, and security
- Strong understanding of Talent business processes and compliance standards
- Ability to lead cross-functional system governance
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
