Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. People Manager to lead their People function and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies and manage employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee HR policies and employee leave programs
- Develop onboarding, employee development programs, and manage talent acquisition and retention initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior generalist or leadership role
- Deep knowledge of U.S. labor laws and multi-state compliance
- Proficient in core HR systems and tools
- Experience in managing HR teams and fostering collaboration
- Background in remote and/or multi-state work environments is preferred
