Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Manager to lead their People function and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies and manage employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee HR policies and employee leave programs
  • Develop onboarding, employee development programs, and manage talent acquisition and retention initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior generalist or leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. labor laws and multi-state compliance
  • Proficient in core HR systems and tools
  • Experience in managing HR teams and fostering collaboration
  • Background in remote and/or multi-state work environments is preferred
